The mission of the "Wichita Falls Vipers" is to manage, serve and promote the game of football,

at all levels of the game, in the Texas / Oklahoma region. It is also our mission to assist team

staff and player participants in their various forms of involvement with the game, adhere to the

bi-laws of the game; and to encourage and facilitate the involvement of as many sponsorship

partners in various community projects and team activities. Our team staff will take the role

as "Leader", taking charge while under pressure.... paying the price with sweat, effort and

sacrifice...showing the way to success by expressing the importance of good sportsmanship

through example, showing enthusiasm, spirit and courage while taking advice and criticism to

improve. Our success will be based on being humble and gracious both on and off the field, and

respecting our opponent in both victory and defeat. We will also focus on encouraging a comp-

etative spirit to succeed while never compromising the welfare and safety of the players and saff.

We are taking a unique approach to equip our players and staff with the qualities to develop each

individual intellectually, physically and socially with a common goal of giving back to the community. We will

continually strive to provide each player and staff member with the skills to foster respect for others,

self-confidence, leadership and teamwork. It is our desire for this organization to provide opportunities

and exposure for our players and staff while competing at the highest level available and instilling dis-

cipline, teamwork, sportmanship and honesty.

With over 222 years of combined coaching experience, along with 48 championships and 23 championship

rings, the "Wichita Falls Vipers" (a non-profit organization) will strive to provide a positive,

competitive environment, with an emphasis on teaching the fundamentals and rules of football, with team-

work and safety being stressed. The "Wichita Falls Vipers" organization is committed to building an appre-

ciation for the game of football through quality coaching, management and close community involvement!
